Privacy policy

This policy covers the Kotvio waitlist and this website. When we launch the service, we will extend it to cover the rest of the service.

Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Nikita Sokovnin, a sole trader, company ID (IČO) 19201222, U Malvazinky 28, 150 00 Prague.

You can write to us at info@kotvio.cz.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and the record of your confirmation (time and IP address).

Giving your email is voluntary, but without it we can't send you launch news.

We use your email only to send you the confirmation email and then news about the Kotvio launch.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it with the “Join the waitlist” button and confirm it through the link in the email; the confirmation record is our proof of that consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with one click in any email, or by writing to the email address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.

Sendinblue SAS (the Brevo service), France, runs the waitlist for us as our processor. It stores the data in France and Germany.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, at most 12 months after the paid launch.

We make no automated decisions about you.

Website and visitor statistics

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) runs this website for us as our processor and sees visitors' IP addresses. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as the fallback.

While the waitlist runs, we measure visits to the waitlist page with Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). According to Cloudflare, this tool processes no personal data. We do this based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing how many people visit the page.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• withdraw your consent at any time
